Request deletion of your SafePing data.
Request Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of all your personal data from SafePing.
Important
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use SafePing again.
How to Delete Your Data
- Open SafePing app on your device
- Go to Settings → Account
- Tap "Delete My Account"
- Confirm the deletion
Alternative Method
If you cannot access the app, email us at support@safeping.io with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information
- Your trusted contacts list
- All ping history
- Any stored location data
Processing Time: Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
