Irreversible Purge

What happens when you delete?

SafePing enforces a strict data minimization protocol. Requesting account erasure will trigger an automated script that permanently wipes your information from our active databases and relays.

👤 Profile & Registration Data

Your registered phone number, SMS verification traces, and display name are permanently erased. Your active auth UID is deleted from Firebase Auth.

👥 Circle Network Graph

Your contacts lists, bilateral approvals, and emergency override permissions are cleared instantly across both your settings and those of your connected circles.

🔔 Notification Relays & Tokens

Your active device FCM/APNs tokens are wiped, preventing any future silent overrides. Any pending, delivered, or unanswered pings are permanently removed from database collections.

Instant Self-Service Option

You can delete your account instantly at any time from inside the SafePing mobile application. Simply go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This self-service route bypasses human review and purges all operational relays in real-time.

Online Deletion Request

Deletion request queued successfully! You will receive a SMS confirmation within 24 hours to complete the verification before data is permanently purged.
